MAC Mall Madness Lip Glass Swatches & Review

It’s pretty obvious that I was pretty excited about MAC’s recent Archie’s Girl collection. With such pretty colors and packaging how could I not go insane? I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this collection hauling not just once but twice but one of my favorites from this collection is hands down the Veronica Mall Madness lip glass. It’s a very pretty color and was one of the most unique shades in the collection.

Mall Madness looks almost magenta in the tube but swatched it leans more plum with hints of pink. Besides the beautiful color I just love the subtle shimmer in Mall Madness. It adds a nice touch of sparkle without being too glittery or feeling gritty. I know some ladies aren’t a fan of the lip glass formula because it can be pretty tacky but I happen to like the texture. It is a bit tacky but it feels smooth and glides on easily. It’s not really hydrating but it isn’t drying either. My favorite thing about MAC glosses is the wear time. This gloss lasts me around 3 hours which is pretty good for a gloss! I noticed that some of MAC’s glosses can look intimidating in the tube but turn out to be less pigmented when swatched. This isn’t one of those glosses! Mall Madness is actually very pigmented! It looks great over a lipstick or alone. I love that Mall Madness didn’t settle or emphasize dryness like some lighter lip glasses do on me. Overall I think it’s a fantastic gloss! I believe Mall Madness is currently sold out online but you might be able to track it down at your local MAC store or counter. Don’t forget retailers like Nordstrom, Dillard’s and Macy’s also carry this collection online. Happy hauling!
