Can you believe it’s June already?? It’s so hard to believe May is gone already! I was recently hired in cosmetics at my local Nordstrom (best job EVER!) and I’ve been spoiling myself a lot this month. In result, I have some brand new faves to share!
MAC Shape the Future Extra Dimension Skinfinish – I just LOVE MAC’s Extra Dimension Skinfinish highlighters! Shape the Future might be my ultimate fave because it’s so unique. I have a ton of gold and bronze highlighters but Shape the Future has this beautiful rosy tint that I can’t get enough of! It makes my cheekbones super glowy!
Makeup Forever Pro Finish Powder Foundation – I’m new to powders but I’ve been loving this Pro Finish foundation lately! It goes on smooth, provides nice coverage and leaves a flawless matte finish. I can easily see Pro Finish becoming a staple in my summer makeup routine!
Benefit Watt’s Up – I wish I would have tried Watt’s Up sooner! I received this as a free birthday gift from Sephora (you can too!) and it’s just wonderful! It’s a soft gold cream illuminator that looks absolutely beautiful applied. I love to wear it down the bridge of my nose and cupid’s bow. It gives such a pretty, natural glow!
MAC Love Goddess Lipstick – I’ve finally started rocking red lips! Love Goddess was the perfect red to properly introduce me to the intimidating shade because it has strong pink undertones. I love to pair it with pink and purple liners to really make the pink pop! It looks amazing! And it’s always a plus to have the beautiful Marilyn Monroe packaging!
Rimmel ScandalEyes Nude Waterproof Kohl Liner – Now I know why everyone keeps raving about these liners! They’re amazing! My allergies make my eyes super watery and this pencil still doesn’t budge. I picked the Nude color which I love to use on my waterline because it leans more beige than pink. It looks very natural on. Plus it brightens my eyes and makes them look bigger!
NYX Creme Brulee Butter Gloss – I have finally found a gloss I love more than MAC lip glasses! NYX Butter Gloss is amazing! The texture isn’t thick or sticky and it smells soo good! I picked up Creme Brulee which is a pinky nude shade with a nice color payoff. It can go on sheer or opaque depending on how you apply it. I need to get my hands on some more!
