Sephora Express Cleansing Wipes Review

I’ll admit. I’m not the most diligent person when it comes to removing my makeup at night. Sometimes it’s way too gorgeous to take off. Other times I’m just plain ol’ too lazy to be bothered with a full on skincare routine. Here’s where the Sephora Express Cleansing Wipes come into play. It’s like a cleanser and makeup remover wrapped into a cushiony soft wipe!

The packaging is simple and looks like every other brand of makeup wipes. However, the snap closure is much more sturdy than other brands I’ve tried. My Philosophy Purity wipes are packaged the same way but the closure peeled off after a few weeks and doesn’t really stick anymore. This isn’t at all an issue with the Sephora Express Cleansing Wipes! I’ve owned this pack for about 2 months and the closure is still secure and the wipes are still fresh and moist. I love that I don’t have to worry about using them all up before they dry out!

I really liked my Philosophy Purity wipes because they’re so gentle but they didn’t remove makeup very well. The Sephora Express Cleansing Wipes are much better and also much cheaper! The wipes are very saturated and removes the toughest of waterproof liners and mascara while leaving my face feeling soft and clean. It does sting a little around the eye area if I’m a little too rough. But I find them to be pretty gentle overall. I wouldn’t replace my favorite cleanser with the Sephora Express Cleansing Wipes but they’re definitely great in a pinch! I totally recommend trying them out! You can find the Sephora Express Cleansing Wipes at Sephora (of course!) for just $9.
