Manicure Monday!

I told you guys I’d be back with a Sugar Rush manicure! I ditched the super bright yet beautiful Sinful Colors Pull Over polish from last week for an all glitter look. I can’t rave enough about my love for the new Milani Gold Label Sugar Rush polish. It’s just so pretty! There’s chunky flecks of green, yellow, coral, pale pink, gold and iridescent glitter that looks like a party on my nails. It’s not your typical glitter polish that’s super metallic and blingy though. Sugar Rush has more of a confetti feel to it that makes it more fun than flashy. The formula was super easy to work with and dried pretty quickly too. Sugar Rush makes me want to try all glitter manicures more often because it was such a breeze to apply on my own and didn’t slow me down one bit. If you’re a glitter gal like me I recommend you hightail it to your local drugstore and get your Sugar Rush on too!

I know it’s technically not Monday anymore but we can pretend for a few minutes, right? That’s the spirit! Last week, I decided to go a little bright with Milani’s Cupid Touch. This week, I went for a more subdued nude look with a hint of glitter to spice things up. I just love glitter! Continue reading

We’re still experiencing massive snow storms here in Michigan but I’m still feeling the spring spirit! I’m completely over winter right now. I know March just started but I’m ready for the April showers and May flowers already! Speaking of flowers, I’m still very much enjoying my goodies from MAC’s Fantasy of Flowers collection. Especially Phlox Garden! Who knew purple eyeliner could be so exciting?

Manicure Monday!

It’s back! I loved my Marc Jacobs Lux polish so much when I wore it during my vacation to Atlanta I just knew I’d be sporting it again soon. Lux is just a beautiful color! I love the green undertones Marc Jacobs included in this shade because it makes Lux unique and wearable year round. It’s definitely bright but it still doesn’t scream summer like most yellow polish.

Vacay Nails with Marc Jacobs & Deborah Lippmann!

I know I left you guys hanging on Manicure Monday but my claws are back and flaunting some pretty unique colors this week! I’ve been so busy working and preparing for my vacation that I didn’t get a chance to get my nails done until Tuesday but there was no way I would miss out on sharing this mani because it’s so pretty and introduced me to some really awesome polish. Earlier this month, the amazing Marc Jacobs released a beauty line that I was just dying to try! Since the release, I’ve picked up a few products (haul coming soon!) including the beautiful Lux polish which I decided to pair with this adorable Shake Your Money Maker glitter polish by Deborah Lippmann. The result?
