Milani Rose Hip Color Statement Lipstick Review

There are a lot of cult faves when it comes to lipstick and Milani Rose Hip is one of them! The Color Statement Lipstick line was recently revamped but Rose Hip has always been an old favorite among lipstick lovers. I’m sure most of you probably have it in your stash already. However, if you haven’t had a chance to pick it up you’re seriously missing out!

Goodbye April showers and hello May flowers! Tomorrow marks the first day of May and I’m totally ready for it. Just a little bit longer until summer! April was still a really nice month for me though. Especially with all the new goodies I’ve hauled! I rediscovered a lot of old favorites this month but it seems like the new goodies are what really captured my heart. Let’s get started!

Milani Pink Rave Lip Intense Review

It’s so easy to fall for Milani. Especially with great lippies like Pink Rave! I’ve a tried a couple of the Lip Intense Liquid Lip Colors before but Pink Rave is easily my favorite. Fiery Coral was quite the hassle. Violet Addict was much better and the color is beautiful but it still didn’t wear as fabulously as Pink Rave. This lip color is just perfection!

Milani Bella Rosa Matte Baked Blush Review

Milani isn’t all about awesome lipsticks and gloss. They’re pretty good at making blush too! I’ve been a fan of their baked blushes for quite some time so I was really excited when Milani decided to add some matte colors to the line. I really hope to see some new shades soon because I’m loving the formula so far!

Milani Ravish Raspberry Brilliant Shine Lip Gloss Review

It’s more Milani madness! I’ve really been digging the Color Statement lipsticks lately so I decided to branch out and try some glosses. The Brilliant Shine lip gloss was introduced in the new Spring collection and comes in 14 shiny shades. So far I’ve only tried Ravish Raspberry but I’m definitely adding more colors to my collection soon. Check it out!

Manicure Monday!

I told you guys I’d be back with a Sugar Rush manicure! I ditched the super bright yet beautiful Sinful Colors Pull Over polish from last week for an all glitter look. I can’t rave enough about my love for the new Milani Gold Label Sugar Rush polish. It’s just so pretty! There’s chunky flecks of green, yellow, coral, pale pink, gold and iridescent glitter that looks like a party on my nails. It’s not your typical glitter polish that’s super metallic and blingy though. Sugar Rush has more of a confetti feel to it that makes it more fun than flashy. The formula was super easy to work with and dried pretty quickly too. Sugar Rush makes me want to try all glitter manicures more often because it was such a breeze to apply on my own and didn’t slow me down one bit. If you’re a glitter gal like me I recommend you hightail it to your local drugstore and get your Sugar Rush on too!

Milani Anti-Feathering Lip Liner Review

For every high end product there’s always a dupe. You just have to find it! In the case of the MAC Prep + Prime Lip primer you don’t have to search too hard because I’ve found it for you! While it’s not exactly the same the Milani Anti-Feathering Lip Liner comes pretty darn close and costs less than half of Prep + Prime Lip. Check it out!

Happy Monday! It’s such a lovely day here in Michigan that I can’t even think about the Monday blues. Especially not with this bright, fun manicure! I’ve been itching to bring out my extra bright nail colors and spring themed glitters. Now that it’s finally starting to feel like spring I’m ready to go all out!
